Kevin delives his lines as this character like Paul Bellini but it is stuff that he would do. Forget to bring things back etc. But I love the dynamic of this sketch because Kevin is the dominant character for once.

This was Kevin's favorite character to play. I like that it's the opposite of what Dave and Kevin usually play.

Also, Kevin says this character is based off of him. I hope he's just talking about being forgetful about returning things.
